Steve Broadhead

Steve Broadhead has been studying To Shin Do for five years. During this time he has had the pleasure of training with several of the most recognized practitioners of this art, to include Stephen & Rumiko Hayes, John Poliquin, Mark Russo, Dennis Mahoney and the instructors at Warrior Quest. Steve is currently a Lieutenant with the Federal Bureau of Prisons where he also served as a Disturbance Control Team Leader and Intelligence Officer. Prior to joining the BOP, Steve was an active member of the United States Marine Corps where he deployed overseas, in addition to serving as a Rifleman and Primary Marksmanship Instructor.

Day Dove

Day currently holds the rank of Nidan, 2nd degree Black Belt. He started his To-Shin Do training in 2001 and now serves as one of our students’ favorite instructors. Day’s attention to detail, ability to break techniques down into fundamental lessons, and great positive attitude make him an important part of Warrior Quest Society.

Tori Myotoshi Eldridge

Myotoshi currently holds the rank of Godan, 5th Degree Black Belt, in To-Shin Do. As one of our Silver Belt practitioners, Myotoshi travels to Quest Centers around the country teaching seminars and is part of the panel of To-Shin Do Master Level Instructors. As the author of Empowered Living: A Guide to Physical and Emotional Protection, she also gives seminars in Empowerment and Protection. Myotoshi also holds a Black Belt in Tang Soo Do and is the Curriculum Director of Spirit Quest, a non-profit outreach program for To-Shin Do. Margie Moreno

Margie Moreno has been studying To Shin Do for five years. During this time she has had the pleasure of training with several of the most recognized practitioners of this art. This includes Stephen & Rumiko Hayes, John Poliquin, Dennis Mahoney and the instructors at Warrior Quest. Margie is a Television Producer for an international production company and often travels to Europe and South America for business. In her spare time Margie serves as the Chair of the Professional Development and Mentor Program for Step Up Women’s Network (non-profit organization).

Jeremy Park

Jeremy started his martial arts training as a teenager and achieved a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. For more than the past eight years, he has been training in To-Shin-Do and currently holds the rank of Nidan, 2nd Degree Black Belt. He has had the chance to personally train with Stephen & Rumiko Hayes, John Poliquin, Mark Russo, Dennis Mahoney, Brett Varnum and many other senior instructors of Ninjutsu & To Shin Do. Jeremy is employed as a Design Drafter at a small Architectural Firm and fills his off hours with various forms of art and woodworking. He has made many of the wooden training weapons used by members of the dojo.

Ian Robinson

Ian Macaulay Robinson has studied martial arts for over 27 years, receiving second degree black belts in Aikido and Hapkido. Ian served as the chief Aikido instructor at UCLA from 1984 to 2004. He has been a certified instructor in Matt Thomas’ Role Model Mugging self defence system since 1998. Ian is a Licensed Physical Therapist having practiced for 20 years. He currently owns a private practice specializing in out patient orthopedics and Integrative Movement Therapy in Newbury Park. Ian has had the great pleasure of practicing at the WQS since 2004.
