Kriss currently holds the rank of Yondan, 4th Degree Black Belt, in To-Shin-Do.

Additionally, Kriss holds Black Belts in several different arts, including, Tang Soo Do, Hapkido, and Escrima.

Combine her 20 years of training with her advanced certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Certifications, and her Communications degree, and you have a teacher presenting safe, effective and cutting edge information appropriate for all ages and levels.
