    This week we focus on training your brain to be disciplined; you being in charge of your brain- not the other way around.

    A perfect mind centering drill is the “Here and Now” meditation:

    Breathe in deeply and say the word ‘here’

    Breathe out and say the word ‘now’

    Complete with several cycles of breath; if your mind wanders gently bring it back.

    With practice, your discipline will shine through!
