Winning Attitude

Happy New Year!

We start the year with a “winning attitude” (see what I did there?)…..

I really like how we define winning from the first moment you walk on the mat; winning is getting home healthy and happy. On the surface this sounds like a solid plan, but with lots of triggers in the real world, this can take more training than one would realize. How do I let things roll off my back, and when do I stand up for what is right? How do set up my life to not be involved in danger, but be aware enough to handle a stressful situation should I come my way…

All this is wrapped in to our training from your first moment on the mat. Your sense of awareness increases with training, our ability to take someone larger down if needed is honed. Thank you for your dedication to your To-Shin Do training- and if you haven’t seen what we do in person, we invite you to come one down for a free tour and preview class.
